Is a small consultancy based in the midst of the New Forest, though working throughout England, and beyond where appropriate.
We can provide training and consultancy in overarching international provisions, such as the UN Globally Harmonised System for Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS) and the UN Model Regulations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods
We provide training and consultancy services in the supply of dangerous under European Community Directives and Regulations such as
Dangerous Substances Directive (DSD) 67/548/EEC
Dangerous Preparations Directive (DPD) 1999/45/EC
REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006
CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008
and their British implementation Regulations (e.g. CHIP4)
Also training and consultancy in the transport (carriage) of packaged dangerous goods under all major international modes, and their British domestic equivalent provisions
We can also act as a company's Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser -DGSA- for all classes by road
Established autumn 1999 when the Director, Desmond Waight, left 3M United Kingdom PLC after 26 years, most of which was involved with hazardous goods issues
